Description
How to cook:
1. Heat the pan over low heat and add vegetable oil.
2. On a heated pan with butter, first fry the onions, carrots, and potatoes (chopped on average) and add a little salt and spices and then add tomatoes (tomato).
3. When all the vegetables are slightly roasted, put the frozen cabbage rolls and add 1 cup boiling water.
4. After covering the lid, reduce the fire and simmer for about 30 minutes.
5. Stuffed cabbage are ready! Put on plates and start the meal.
