Description
How to cook:
1. Heat the pan over low heat and add vegetable oil (should cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer).
2. Put the cutlets in one layer on a heated pan with oil, and they should not touch each other and the sides of the pan.
3. Fry the patties on each side for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
4. Upon completion of frying cutlets, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid, simmer on average 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
5. Garnish can be cooked as desired. That’s all! Delicious fried patties are ready!
