Description
How to cook:
1. Fill the pan with 1-1.5 liters of water and put it on a big fire.
2. After boiling water, add salt (1.5 tsp salt for 1-1.5 liter of water).
3. Put frozen lagman in boiling water and stir gently so that they open up between themselves.
4. After re-boiling water, raise the Lagman with a colander, and put in a container with cold water. Rinse, get out of cold water.
5. Serve at the table with prepared gravy at will.
