Description
How to cook:
1. Heat the pan over low heat and add vegetable oil (should cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer).
2. On a well-heated frying pan with butter, lay out the curd cakes in one layer, and they should not touch each other and the sides of the pan.
3. Fry cheesecakes on each side for 2 minutes until golden brown.
4. Upon completion of frying cheesecakes, reduce the heat to a minimum and cover the pan with a lid stew on average 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
5. Serve cheesecakes as desired with honey, jam. That’s all! Delicious cheesecakes are ready!
